Instructions for the shipping of electronic passenger lists

 

Since November 9th of 2012, the persons who are obligated to send the electronic information related to the passengers, crew members and means of transportation that enter or leave the country by air and see, in accordance with article 46 of the Migration Law (Ley de Migración); 42 section I, 43 and 44 of its Regulations (Reglamento de la Ley de Migración) and the Agreement by which the General Guidelines for the transmission of the electronic passengers, crew members and means of transportation lists of the National Institute of Migration are issued (Acuerdo por el que se emiten los Lineamientos generales para la transmisión de listas electrónicas de pasajeros, tripulantes y medios de transporte al Instituto Nacional de Migración).

Therefore you must observe the following instructions to send that information to the National Institute of Migration (INM- Instituto Nacional de Migración).

Sea transport companies and private embarkations
